| Abstract | The present research project called "Incidence of burnout syndrome in pedagogical management in educational institutions of the district of Nepeña 2018", aimed to determine the incidence of burnout syndrome in pedagogical management in educational institutions of the district of Nepeña 2018 ", The type of research was descriptive correlational, the sample was 120 teachers of the district under study, for the data collection the survey technique was used, and the instrument was the questionnaire, which were validated by the expert judgment and proven reliability with the coefficient of Cronbach's alpha of o.938 for burnout syndrome and 0.951 for pedagogical management. The results indicate that 30.86% of the respondents presented a low level of Burnout Syndrome, 50.62% presented a level medium, while the 18.52% presents a high level, likewise, it is observed that 30.86% of the respondents pr It has a low level of pedagogical management, 34.57% presents a medium level, while 34.57% presents a high level, reaching the conclusion that there is an inverse incidence of burnout syndrome in pedagogical management in educational institutions of Nepeña district. 2018, (sig = 0.000; value B = 0.893), this indicates that at a lower level of burnout syndrome, a higher level of pedagogical management. |
