Abstract	Educating children and youth is the responsibility of society as a whole, but especially the family and school, which should work closely together. The school environment is an important part in the school room, where some children spend their time before and after school. School community centers perform many functions, and their work is based on different methods and forms. Perceptions of the role of the clubs is unduly restricted to a place where children only spend time with the lack of other opportunities. The existence of school clubs, however, is indispensable in the education system, the welfare of children.
