| Abstract | Project scheduling under resource and time constraints always has raised attention of researchers and project managers. In this paper, the Resource Constrained Project Scheduling (RCPS) problem was considered in both small and large scale projects. A Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) model was developed and for solving resource constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) with small size project (less than 60 activities). In order to solve RCPSP for large size project (more than 60 activities), Constraint Programming model was employed. Furthermore, to have more realistic results, simulation is used to deal with stochastic project activity durations. The RCPSP model can also be developed for the case of multi mode resources and flexible resources. |
