| Abstract | This monograph declines on the "Case Gracinha", black woman and remnant of quilombo, whose daughters are arbitrarily withdrawn from their social convolution, without even respecting their extended family. A historical, sociological and anthropological analysis is made to understand the interdisciplinary dimension necessary for the resolution of family conflicts in traditional communities. It also proposes a brief study about the development of families over time, as they were of great contribution to Brazilian family formation. It proposes the light of the constitutional principles, and provisions of laws that deal with the right of the family a reflection on the relations of extensive family and our civil society. It also proposes a brief study on slavery and the determining list for the relations of institutional racism against the black people, especially the black woman, and remnants of quilombo. |
