| Abstract | The promotion of renewable energy is new challenge all over world. Each country is trying to bring a solution for its energy balance based on the three fundamentals parameters such as energy, economy and environment. This paper is written for Chad republic and to figure out the scientific approach of the energy problem. The objective of this paper is to capitalize the natural energy patrimony of Chad in terms of biomass, wind, solar and to bring them with the new technology approach to find a solution for the household that don't have access to electricity. The subject interested with methodology approach (figure out the entire energy situation in Chad and make a map for potential renewable energy; environmental result, investigation on site). The paper is showing that Chad has an important source of energy specifically in solar energy and biomass, for which people expresses good interests for it development. Chad's government has to implement and to put the matter of energy problem in its global political ambition for exploitation this potential of renewable energies. |
