Abstract	Resumen: Las Nuevas Ciudadanias, como expresiones de los procesos contemporaneos de subjetivacion, son los soportes teoricos, ideologicos, tecnicos y epistemologicos que constituyen una practica esencial en el dominio del espacio y en la consolidacion de un tipo de territorio. Son, asi mismo, formas de apropiacion que establecen dimensiones territoriales y facilitan la representacion social del espacio dominado. De ahi que, desde la perspectiva de la formacion en ciencias sociales, sea imperativo el acercamiento a los procesos de construccion, funcionamiento y apropiacion de las Nuevas Ciudadanias y del Territorio. Palabras claves: Territorio, Geografia contemporanea, historia, espacio, educacion, ciudadanias. Summary NEW CITIZENSHIPS: A LOOK FROM THE STANDPOINT OF TERRITORIES New citizenships as an expression of contemporary processes of subjectivation are the theoretical, ideological, technical and epistemological columns supporting an essential practice for the apprehension and consolidation of a given territory. Likewise, they are ways of appropriation establishing territorial dimensions and facilitating a social representation of the space. Therefore, from the perspective of social science it is imperative to approach the processes of construction, functioning and appropriation of the new citizenships and the territory.
