| Abstract | El articulo presenta la experiencia de proyeccion social que la Fundacion Universitaria Cafam (Unicafam) ha venido consolidando a traves de los ultimos anos, es un trabajo que refleja el compromiso con su mision y vision institucional y que se enmarca en el concepto de responsabilidad social universitaria (RSU). A lo largo del documento se puede evidenciar un conjunto de proyectos y actividades que se desarrollan desde los diversos programas academicos y que demarcan un camino hacia un modelo de gestion centrado en la responsabilidad social, que se fundamenta en la formacion de actitudes socialmente responsables, las cuales se espera que entren a hacer parte de la escala de valores de los futuros profesionales. Es un proceso que hace parte del planteamiento de asignaturas pertenecientes al eje de formacion socio humanistico, son ellas, habilidades para la participacion social y gestion social, las cuales actualmente estan coordinadas por la Escuela de Pedagogia. Throughout the document can show a set of projects and activities that develop from the various academic programs and demarcate a path towards a management model focused on social responsibility, which is based on the formation of socially responsible attitudes, which they are expected to come to belong to the scale of values of future professionals. It is a process that is part of the approach to subjects belonging to the axis of humanistic training partner, they, skills for social participation and social management which are currently coordinated by the Pedagogy School.
