Abstract	The purspose of this investigation is to provide information about of the current situation of the accounts for receives of the ESPOL Fondo Complementario Previsional Cerrado (EFCPC), especially those that originate for the lendings. Until September 2006 many lendings were granting themselves previous authorization of the ESPOL’s Director or ESPOL’s Director Financier, but from this date up to the current, the EFCPC is who has the responsibility of administer the funds of retirement of the teachers and the workers of the ESPOL, and therefore actually is the EFCPC who authorizes any disbursement. The realized study focuses in information of the year 2006 principally the related one to the lendings on the clerical staff. The first chapter mentions the theoretical foundations for a better comprehension of the terms used inside the development of the project of thesis. The second chapter presents a general review of all the balances of the accounts for charging existing inside the general balance, in such a way that an idea is had an idea of the situation of the Fund. In the development of the third chapter there are explains about the distribution of the lendings in the period 2006 to the participants of the Fund, about the teachers and workers, with this, we could realize a comparison and be able to establish both similarities and difference. .Finally in the fourth chapter there appears a detailed monthly analysis of all the lendings to the workers in the year 2006, the analysis of the trend of the number of lendings as of the amounts given in the last three years. The obtained results are reflected in the conclusions presented at the end of the work.
