| Abstract | To determine the conditions of health and labor of health staff working in the emergency department in an health services providing institution (SPI) of Fourth level care at Bogota city. Conclusions The identification of the working conditions and health care allows to the organization strengthen the strategies in the Health and Safety Management System in the labor contributing to the optimization of the processes of the emergency department, and as a result promoting the improvement of the intra-labor conditions of health staff, obtaining as a result healthy, committed and highly productive workers. |
