| Abstract | The discussion proposed in this article starts from the assumption that the form of structuring of policies presented by the State within its social role is directly related to an economic ideology that permeates all levels and is justified by a logic of capitalist accumulation and economic development. It also intends to present an analysis of how ideology, in a dominant historical context of the empowerment of forces and products, relates education to economics by linking one to the objectives of the other. To achieve the assumption, the article is structured in two parts. In the first one the human capital theory will be presented in its general conceptions and then it will have a contextualization about how the TCH, within a neoliberal ideology, has implications for the education policy of education professionals through various mechanisms. |
