| Abstract | In this work we deposited thin films of zinc oxide (ZnO), using zinc chloride (ZnCl2) as a source of ZnO, we used the spray pyrolysis technique based on pneumatic spray. The main objective of our work is to improve the optical and structural properties vof films zinc oxide, which was varied enter the value of pressure 0.5 bar and 2 bar, and fix the other parameters such as: substrat’s temperature (350 ° C), and the deposition time (10 min). To determine the best deposition pressure with this technique, we studied the structural properties using the X-ray diffractionand UV-visible spectroscopy for optical characterization. This study showed that the 1 bar pressure provides good thin films of zinc oxide. |
