| Abstract | Nowadays the companies look for managerial tools that allow them to be in constant change, in order to generate innovative strategies, allowing to manage this way of integral form, to optimize the resources and to generate results of the processes that develop the organization. It is for this that the integrated systems of management of the quality, play an important paper in the companies bearing in mind that are a tool that allows to improve the processes helping to promote the organizations. For this reason, the organizations must rely on leading professionals that they should guard in order that the system of management is applied and effective. The aim of the present work is to describe the methodology of the continuos improvement, having in it counts the connotations that this it offers us, this way to look for the most effective leadership style it to be applied in the company By Miroal Ingenieria S.A.S. There was realized an analysis of the processes of the organization, and on the basis of this one determined the failings that there has the integrated system of management of the quality, being employed principally at the qualit leader of the company, the result developed in three stages, structured in agreement to the methodology of continuos improvement. |
