| Abstract | Abstract Intensive testing of two dyslexic college students revealed that their symptom complexes have a striking resemblance to those exhibited by some alexic patients who have lost their ability to read as a result of brain damage. Such a similarity provides support to the views that developmental dyslexia manifests in forms of clearly circumscribed syndromes and that its etiology is primarily neurological. |
