| Abstract | Nowadays, tourism is considered one of the essential motors of the economy of our country. Every territory takes part to offer an attractive touristic offer and with high quality; because of that, it is so important to evaluate which are the main characteristics of the existing resources so as to make an effective administration. In this project, touristic resources in the province of Huelva are evaluated and their characteristics are determined. However, the main axis of this project is to analyze the touristic product „La Romería del Rocío‟. A meticulous analysis about all the dimensions of this multitudinous event is done. Moreover, the touristic brand that includes this event is studied. The relation between this pilgrimage and the National Park of Doñana is also studied due to the importance of the environment nowadays and specifically, Doñana. Finally, apart from having studied the target audience, that is, „rocieros‟ (people who attend the famous pilgrimage), it is proposed to study other citizens (not „rocieros‟) as future studying lines in order to compare results. |
