| Abstract | Instructional communication in the field of education has the meaning of teaching, learning or learning. In instructional communication activities teachers must be able to determine what strategies and methods will be used so that the lessons delivered can be effective and able to bring changes to students from affection, cognition, psychomotor and behavior of students in Bangil MAN. This study aims to determine the implementation process of instructional communication conducted by the teacher in the learning process. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. Bangil Madrasah Aliyah was chosen as the object of research, and researchers selected 7 teachers as research subjects, the research subjects used purposive sampling technique. The data obtained by the researcher used observation, interview and documentation techniques. After getting enough data, the data is managed by reducing data and then data is presented. The data that has been presented and then tested the validity of the data using triangulation techniques, so get the conclusion that the instructional communication methods carried out have a different impact on the target, such as lecture methods and demonstrations have an impact on cognition, role playing methods that can add and change student attitudes and skills which corresponds to K13. The obstacles that occur in the source are caused by the mood and physical condition of the teacher. Obstacles to the target are said to have many factors because they have different HR. Barriers to wifi channels and LCD devices when used in learning activities. |
