Análisis de la problemática ambiental (recursos: agua-aire) que presenta el municipio de Sogamoso – Boyacá en el plan de ordenamiento territorial

Abstract	The Territorial Ordinance Plan (POT) is a technical and normative instrument that allows the planeacion and long-term management of the municipalities with a population superior to 100.000 inhabitants. Sogamoso municipality, largely in the center east of Boyaca department, shapes the central corridor of major socioeconomic, population, industrial, commercial dynamics and of services of the department, this integral territorial development is a reason of conflicts inside the POT, for it this instrument is an object of a series of reviews. The environmental dimension, specially the quality of the resource waters down and air they are being degraded, by it there was realized the search and critical reading of the information in the documentary sources and the principal problematic ones were identified Problematic of these resources: vertimientos direct from the waste water to the riverbeds, pollution for vertimientos from the agriculture, urban accessions on the rounds of the microbasins, water capture without concessions, concentration of atmospheric emission, exceeding established limits and breach in the existing regulation. From the base of the knowledge of an environmental planner are suggested ways of approaching these problematic ones proposing strategies and limits that allow the sustainable appropriation of these two natural so important resources, which determine the environmental offer for the urban and rural systems.
