| Abstract | Globalization requires that the Ecuadorian manufacturing companies evolve in their production system to become world class companies, to accomplish this objective the company has as philosophy the Total Preventive Maintenance which will generate a scheduled shutdown in production of a month and a half, it will create delays in production; so, in order to not let the market stocked out in the month of stop production the plant begins to raise his stock in last months. The company has a warehouse where has a limited storage capacity, to store the external warehouse rent overproduction. As a logistics operator contracting with a recommended design of a strategic map which allows those involved in the process to be aligned based on the requirements of the company, for that is implemented a management control system which monitors the indicators designed for the development of the thesis, plus follow-up meetings and audits that reveal the progress of the implementation of strategic initiatives in the process. |
