Abstract	The case of the small producers of flower in two localities of Villa Guerrero, sample that the rural development is constructed of very diverse ways, the common denominator is the preeminence of the induced or learned economic rationality, which fortifies the individual and enterprise values, over the social requirements of an equitable rural development. It is used the statistical information available and data obtained by means of applied interviews to small producers of the localities of San Felipe and Buena Vista.
