Abstract	In article author's approach in development of the theory of corporate management on the basis of reproduction process is considered. Development of a human civilization is based on forward escalating satisfaction of material and spiritual needs of the certain person and society in general. The material resources are formed in the sphere of economic activity of the person, by means of creation of actual values at the enterprises of various forms of ownership and managing. For existence of the person, improvement of quality of his life production needs to be resumed constantly through the stages of development: production, distribution, exchange and consumption.
