Abstract	La proliferacion de literatura cientifica que esta surgiendo a raiz de la crisis de los refugiados y del tratamiento que la prensa viene haciendo sobre el fenomeno deja constancia de la preocupacion que suscita la tematica. Este articulo tiene por objetivo analizar la cobertura de la prensa escrita espanola sobre la crisis de los refugiados sirios en el continente europeo a traves del analisis del titular y la fotografia de prensa. Para ello, se ha revisado el trabajo de las editoriales de dos de los principales medios de prensa de Espana para analizar el tratamiento mediatico sobre la situacion de los refugiados, aplicando como metodologia el analisis de contenido de fotografias y titulares de prensa y centrando nuestro interes en el tratamiento visual del conflicto, por la creciente relevancia que viene adquiriendo la imagen en nuestros contextos. The proliferation of scientific literature that is emerging as a result of the refugee crisis and the treatment that the press has been doing on the phenomenon shows the concern raised by the issue. The purpose of this article is to analyze the coverage of the Spanish press on the theme of the Syrian refugee crisis in the European continent through the analysis of the headline and press photography. To this end, we have reviewed the work of the editorials of two of the main media in Spain to analyze the media treatment of the refugee situation, using as a methodology the analysis of content of photographs and press headlines and focusing our interest in the visual treatment of conflict, due to the growing relevance that image has acquired in our contexts.
