| Abstract | espanolLa implementacion de politicas de evaluacion de la calidad educativa han sido objeto de debate desde su inscripcion en la agenda educativa argentina a partir de 1993. Hoy se actualiza la discusion a partir del analisis critico de la evidencia recogida en los distintos dispositivos implementados, los avances teoricos y los nuevos marcos legales. Se analiza el problema de la evaluacion de la calidad educativa desde una perspectiva historica y politicamente situada a traves de un analisis critico y comparativo de las politicas educativas de evaluacion de la calidad educativa en la Provincia de Buenos Aires en el periodo 1993-2015. En el trabajo se describen tres momentos que dan cuenta de un proceso de resignificacion del concepto de calidad educativa. Finalmente se propone un modelo alternativo multidimensional de evaluacion a partir de una concepcion de la calidad social de la educacion que intenta abordar la complejidad del fenomeno y la consideracion de distintas vias de aproximacion. EnglishThe implementation of policies aimed at assessing the quality of education has been a focus of debate since it was included in the education agenda in Argentina in the 1990s. Nowadays, the debate takes on an updated focus on the critical analysis of the evidence gathered from educational experiences carried out throughout the country. Likewise, the argument stems from the latest theoretical advances and the new legal frameworks. The analysis is based on a historical and political perspective, by means of a critical and comparative analysis of education quality assessment policies from 1993 to 2015. Three different historical stages are described in the paper, which depict a process of redefinition of the concept of education quality. Finally, an alternative multidimensional assessment model is put forward based on the social quality of education. This model attempts to address the issue's complexity and possible approaches to it. |
