Abstract	There are psychosocial risks related to the excessive level oflabor demand, where it excels as a source of diseaseburnout syndrome. The research entitled "Burnout Syndrome and quality of working life in the care staff of theRimac Maternal and chi ld Center. Lima, 2018. Whoseobjective was to establish the relationship between Burnoutsyndrome and the quality of professional life of professionalcare workers ( doctors, dentists, nurses, obstetricians, etc.) ofthis medical center. The Methodology has quantitative approach, level correlacional, I design not esperimental and of basic, market, transverse, not experimental type The instruments that were applied are Burnout de Maslach's Inventory (MBI) and Vida Profesional's Qualit questionnaire(CVP 35). The results of the correlation coefficient of Spearman and itslevel of signific ance between the variables, to be p > 0.05 (P =0,766), the null hypothesis is not re jected therefore: there isno correlation between burnout syndrome and profession allife quality in the Assistance staff of the Rímac Maternal andchild Center. Lima, 2018 The conclusions found by the author there is not connection between Burnout syndrome and theprofessional quality of life of the care staff of the Matern al andChild center of Rimac
