| Abstract | The work this article is related to was carried out in order to establish the relationship between pain, family and personal functioning of cancer patients. During the development of reading process, it was found that people tend to relate psychological functioning with this illness and this relationship is shown through pain. More over, it was evident the importance of family related to how to live with cancer patients and their constant suffering. During this technical review some topics were included like chronic pain and its physiology, the emotional and physical consequences in cancer patients, their familiary and social environment and the cancer treatment and life quality improvement. Pain, along life time, has been one of the biggest sufferings in human life time. |
