Abstract	El presente articulo ofrece a los profesores de Matematica, un modelo didactico de la dinamica del proceso de ensenanza – aprendizaje de la Matematica con el uso de las Tecnologias de la Informacion y las Comunicaciones (TIC) en los estudiantes del Curso Inicial de Nivelacion Universitario (CINU) de la Universidad Experimental de las Fuerzas Armadas (UNEFA) en Venezuela, el cual les permite a los profesores comprender, explicar e interpretar desde las Ciencias Pedagogicas la dinamica de dicho proceso como base teorica que debera contribuir mediante su aplicacion practica al mejoramiento del aprendizaje de estos estudiantes. Para su construccion se empleo el sistemico estructural funcional. PALABRAS CLAVE: Matematica; Modelo didactico: ensenanza – aprendizaje: Tecnologias de la Informacion y las Comunicaciones. DIDACTIC MODEL OF THE DYNAMICS OF THE TEACHING - LEARNING OF MATHEMATICS USING ICT ABSTRACT This article provides Teachers of Mathematics, a didactic model of the dynamics of the teaching - learning of mathematics with the use of Information Technology and Communications (ICT) students Initial Leveling University Course (UNIC) of the Experimental University of the Armed Forces (UNEF) in Venezuela, which allows teachers to understand, explain and interpret from the Pedagogical Sciences dynamics of this process as a theoretical basis to be contributed by its practical application to the improvement of learning these students. For systemic structural functional construction was used KEYWORDS: Mathematics; teaching model; learning - teaching process; Information Technology and Communications.
