| Abstract | Abstract— In this paper, a simple water-filling algorithm for OFDM based cognitive radio is approach to solve the increasing demand for wireless multimedia service to creates a lack of spectrum. A potential solution to this issue is to allocate the spectrum dynamically by means of cognitive radio. Water-filling can offer a solution to this spectrum allocation.
