Abstract	The article presents an analysis and evaluation of the measures taken within the Colombian legal system regarding abusive clauses, taking into account that due to the speed with which commercial transactions are carried out in recent years, the use of the adhesive contracting by merchants, leading to a greater risk of vulnerability of rights of users of goods and services offered in the market. That is why the letter that will be presented below, seeks to give more clarity in relation to the abusive clauses in the adhesion contracts, their characteristics and their typology, so that the reader can have a greater knowledge on the subject , which as will be evident throughout this investigation is of great relevance within the current consumer society. 1 Artículo producto de la investigación sobre derecho del consumo y cláusulas abusivas dentro del Grupo de Derecho Privado de la Universidad Católica de Colombia.
