| Abstract | This legal and social study examines the civil liability, moral damage and consumers rights against consumerism advertising. Articles from Brazilian s Code of Consumer Protection (CDC) are explored to ascertain the existence and which ones limits such liability. Herein, we had the opportunity to study multiple areas of law, especially Civil (Civil Liability, Contracts, Consumer), constitucional law. Thus brings us ethical and legal solutions for the problems formulated. And in the area of applied social sciences, The Media and Sociology. Therefore, we hope that with the use of the researched material, we can demonstrate that it is the law (legal system) that can contain the spread of consumption and advertising (social order) in relation to the autonomy of the will of the consumer. |
