| Abstract | This study focuses on the application of geophysical methods for the study of a small forested watershed in South India. Located in a very heterogeneous medium (gneiss), its functioning can not be explained without a clear description of the watershed heterogeneities. Thus, Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT) and Magnetic Resonance Soundings (MRS) have been used to characterize both geological structures and underground flows. The good fit between these geophysical interpretations and the conclusion obtained from hydraulic test, reveal the reliability of these methods. |
