Abstract	This article discusses the topic in question regarding the completion of job completion, presented in 06/2009, as a condition for obtaining a bachelor's degree in Law. The objective is to contribute to the study and discussion on the social function of the judge, especially in regard to the activity of decision. All of us were born with our own psychological characteristics, and different from each other, we face the possibility of coexistence between feeling and reason in the conduct of human actions, including the act of judging. They may exert positive or negative influences on judicial activity in general, especially in the act of deciding. It is a fact that members of the Judiciary, have important social function at the moment that its decisions bind a social impact. Then, it is the activity of the judges to exercise their social function, that is, the social justice.
