Abstract	RESUMO: Este artigo pretende analisar os aspectos da efetividade dos valores constitucionais referentes ao fundamento da ordem economica na valorizacao do trabalho humano, bem como o principio da busca do pleno emprego, previstos no artigo 170 da Constituicao brasileira. A questao e confrontada com a realidade de um mundo globalizado, cuja perspectiva economica se apresenta como algo supostamente irreversivel, e tenta indicar uma possivel direcao no sentido da concretizacao dos preceitos constitucionais em foco. Para isso, propoe a combinacao entre o sistema da ordem economica na Constituicao e o principio da solidariedade, o que resulta na nocao de uma responsabilidade social da empresa. Valorizacao do Trabalho ABSTRATC: This paper intends to analyze the aspects of the effectiveness of constitutional values concerning to the economic order basis on the valuation of the human work, as well the principle of the seeking of the plain job, prescribed on the article 170 of the Brazilian Constitution. The matter is faced to the reality of a globalized world and tries to show a possible direction toward of the sense of a concretization of the constitutionals precepts in sight. For this, it proposes a combination between the economic order system in the Constitution and the principle of solidarity, which results in the notion of a social responsibility of the enterprise.
