| Abstract | Tax planning strategies in our country are of interest to each of the contributors linked to this issue. Therefore in this research emphasizes the tax planning strategies that are implemented by the service user undertakings not domiciled; with the intention of having good tax management strategies when using services not domiciled in the country. Therefore tax planning strategies is part of the Comprehensive Tax Planning companies for the purpose of providing an instrument that is very helpful to companies in their operations or transactions with non-resident; to seek value for money, in strict accordance with the tax and legal standards. In this sense, it is an effective tool for controlling contingencies mostly motivated by ignorance of the tax laws as they apply their own criteria, and these are rejected by the Tax Administration. The nature of the research is a field, descriptive, since data were obtained directly from the reality of the service user undertakings and not domiciled in a single moment. Also secondary data source as a result of consultations with other research, specializing in the area of international taxation, Tax Planning and Tax Law Income bibliography was obtained. As data collection instruments and interview a questionnaire was used. The analysis of the data obtained was performed quantitatively and qualitatively, the results presented in graphical charts. It is concluded that tax planning strategies impact positively determining the reduction of the tax burden within the permitted legal parameters and suggests identifying time the tax treatment according to the rules before confusion or infringement to the SUNAT occur by simple ignorance. |
