Efeito da propriocepção no treinamento resistido em homens com diferentes níveis de treinamento

| Abstract | Introducao e objetivos: A execucao e controle dos movimentos para a realizacao de atividades diarias dependem diretamente da capacidade proprioceptiva e de forca de cada individuo. O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar o efeito agudo do treinamento resistido na propriocepcao relacionada a percepcao de forca em homens adultos, iniciantes e treinados. Materiais e metodos: Foram avaliados 44 individuos com media de idade de 28,65 (6,37) anos, sendo 34 treinados e 10 iniciantes. Os individuos foram avaliados utilizando-se de um dinamometro de preensao manual, antes e apos uma sessao de treinamento. A partir da forca maxima foram calculados os erros relativos a forcas submaximas a 50% e 25% . Resultados: A forca maxima e os valores de erro relativo as forcas submaximas nao apresentaram diferencas entre os grupos iniciante e treinado. Na analise em pre e pos-teste foi identificado aumento no erro relativo a 50% da forca maxima no grupo treinado (p=0,025). Alem disso, os indices de forca maxima de preensao manual foram superiores no pos-teste, especialmente no grupo treinado (p<0,001). Desta forma, identificou-se efeitos agudos do treinamento resistido apenas no grupo treinado caracterizado por um aumento da forca maxima e diminuicao da propriocepcao relacionado ao controle de forca na intensidade submaxima a 50%. Conclusao: Atividades motoras que necessitem de controle de forcas submaximas logo apos o treinamento resistido, poderiam sofrer diminuicao do controle de movimento. ABSTRACT Effect of proprioception on resistance training in men with different levels of training Introduction and objectives: The execution and control of movement to perform daily activities depend directly on the proprioceptive ability and strength of each individual. This study aimed to investigate the acute effect of resistance training in proprioception related to perception of force in adult men, beginners and trained. Materials and methods: 44 individuals with mean age of 28.65 (6.37) years, which 34 were trained and 10 were beginners, were evaluated. The individuals were evaluated using a handgrip dynamometer, before and after one training session. Errors related to submaximal forces at 25% and 50% were calculated from the maximal force. Results: The maximal force and the values of errors related to submaximal forces did not present differences between beginners and trained groups. In the analysis of pre and post-test it was identified an increase in relative error at 50% of maximal force in trained group (p=0.025). Furthermore, the indexes of maximal handgrip force were higher in post-test, especially in trained group (p<0.001). Thus, acute effects of resistance training were identified only in trained group characterized by an increase of maximal force and decrease of proprioception related to force control in the submaximal intensity at 50%. Conclusion: motor activities that require control submaximal forces soon after resistance training, could suffer decreased motion control. |
