| Abstract | Herbalife Ecuador has set a great interest in the impact of their actions on society and the environment, this due to the belief that the organization must endure over time with responsible management whose main objective is the search for the common good. Over the last five years it has implemented a new management model that has allowed to develop two key programs in Quito - Ecuador. "Herbalife Family Foundation", which emerged as a worldwide project that offers a better quality of life of children's community, and annually supports its Casa Herbalife program distributed in more than fifty countries. Being part of Quito, La Casa Herbalife program "Herbalife Family Foundation", is focused on social contribution, whose purpose is to help children in situations pejorative, through good nutrition, allowing them to have their daily food. On the other hand, it has been developed LiveGreen program: 3 R’S. As part of the contribution and care for the environment, through which is seeking to recycle the packaging of Herbalife products and thus reduce the level of contamination. However, despite establishing socially responsible initiatives and to have various internal communication tools, workers do not know CSR projects that have been limited to work on by a lack of information, this research is focused on creating communication strategies to disseminate programs that Herbalife is developing in Quito and achieve the active participation of its stakeholders and greater sustainability in the market. |
