Abstract	ABSTRACT This study aimed to find out the influence of Price to Book Value (PBV), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Asset (ROA) toward stock return. All companies that have been registered as the member of Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2011-2015 were taken as the population of this present study. 37 companies then were chosen as the sample of the study using purposive sampling technique. The data collected from this study was analyzed using multiple linier regression. The finding of this study revealed that PBV had no significant influence toward stock return which is seen from the t-value 0.672 and the sig value 0.503. On the other hand, PER was found positively and significantly influenced the stock return in which tvalue obtained 7.034 and the sig value 0.000. DER also reported the same negatively significant influence toward stock return, which showed the t value -2.324 and the sig value 0.034. Meanwhile, ROA also indicated positive and significant influence toward stock return which is seen from the t-value 9.342 and the sig value 0.000. It reported that PBV, PER, DER, and ROA variables simultaneously influenced stock return which is seen from the F-value 24.797 and the sig value 0.000. The finding also showed that the result of Adjusted R 2 was 42.6% which means that PBV, PER, DER, and ROA contributed toward stock return for 42.6%. Key words: Price to Book Value (PBV), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Asset (ROA) toward stock return.
