Abstract	La efervescencia en la lucha de los Derechos Humanos y en los procesos de justicia esta en pleno vigor en Argentina. Esta efervescencia recuerda la euforia democratica que siguio el quiebre del regimen militar en 1983. Hoy en dia se puede afirmar que esta transicion democratica no fue plena, teniendo en cuenta la perpetuacion de las violaciones de Derechos Humanos (represion estatal) y la promulgacion de leyes de impunidad para los genocidas de la dictadura. Actualmente se puede ver un desarrollo hacia una mas completa transicion democratica con los logros de la afirmacion de la proteccion de los Derechos Humanos, tanto en el plano social como institucional. Palabras claves: Transicion democratica, Movimientos de Derechos Humanos, Impunidad, Justicia, Memoria Abstract: The Human Rights movement and the process to attain duly justice after the dictatorship (1976-1983) are in today’s Argentina in full effervescence. The present situation is easily assimilated to the democratic euphoria experienced during the time following the fall of the military regime in 1983. Today, with the continuing violations of human rights and the promulgation of the laws of impunity for the responsible for the violations of human rights committed during the dictatorship, it can be easily asserted that the democratic transition was not fully accomplished. With today’s progresses in human rights protection in the social sphere as well as in the institutional sphere, one could perceive a development towards a more complete democratic transition in Argentina.
