| Abstract | In this study we present a descriptive analysis of the Special Centers of Employment in Asturias. We have constructed in four parts: first we explain what sound these Centers and which is your importance in the labour insertion of the persons with disability; secondly we expose the approach of this investigation (lenses, phases, instruments of withdrawal of information, selection of the sample and skills of analysis); thirdly we indicate the principal obtained conclusions; and finally, we propose performances that we consider to be neccesary to optimize the functioning of the Special Centers of Employment, as well as future lines of investigation. |
