| Abstract | and keywords The recent global economic developments motivate researchers to find theoretical solutions to predict the behavior of the economy against interference, in order to be more prepared for sudden changes that occur and can trigger economic crises such as occurred in recent years, especially in Peru, where we are still relatively new in the use of theoretical models for economic decisions. The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the effects on the Peruvian economy to exogenous shocks of productivity, international interest rates and fiscal spending for the period 1980 to 2015, in order to establish a benchmark for the possible reactions economy to these random disturbances. In addition, the specific objective of this research is to compare statistical indicators of the simulated variables and real variables of the Peruvian economy through a model of real business cycle (RBC), in order to assess whether the simulated economy reflects the characteristics of the real economy. |
