Abstract	This study analyzes the effects of monetary policy, fiscal policy and trade policy on economic growth in Mexico. The model presented here indicates that monetary policy is likely to be ineffective in the short and long term for economic growth. However fiscal and trade policy has shown positive effects both short and long term, with fiscal policy likely to be more effective than the commercial trade policy. The analysis suggests that policymakers should focus more on fiscal policy than on monetary or trade policy, in order to ensure economic growth.
