| Abstract | RESUMEN En este articulo se abordan las problematicas comunicativas de la comunidad afrodescendiente de Tumaco. Se muestra como el uso de la literatura oral y la tecnologia de Internet han permitido, a traves del blog El Decimarron, establecer unos discursos y unas narrativas que evocan las voces y visiones del pueblo afro-tumaqueno, logrando, de esta manera, configurar medios de comunicacion contrahegemonicos, que hacen frente a los regimenes comunicativos que afectan la region. ABSTRACT This article addresses the communication problems of the Tumaco Afro-descendant community. It also demonstrates how the use of oral literature and Internet technology have allowed, through the blog “El Decimarron”, to establish a few speeches and some narratives that evoke the voices and visions of the afro-tumaqueno people, achieving in this way, the configuration of counterhegemonic media, facing the communicative regimes affecting the region. |
