| Abstract | 17-4PH precipitation hardening stainless steels were prepared via selective laser melting technology. The effects of molding process on the microstructure and wear resistance of the samples were analyzed. Results show that when the molding power P=190W, molding speed v=300mm/s, the sample represents a smooth surface, with good continuity of the melt channel and high bonding quality between channels; when P=180W, v=350mm/s, the sample has the minimum wear rate which is 20.159mg/km; when P=190W, v=300mm/s. |
