| Abstract | This work performs an analysis about the application of sustainable bids at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS). With the amendment of Article 3 of the Law 8.666/93, the bidding went on to have a purpose that goes beyond contracts based on the price criterion, that is, the bidding became a tool for national sustainable development guarantee. As a basis to range this purpose, emerged the Normative Instruction N. 01/2010 of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze how sustainability criteria are being applied, according to Normative Instruction mentioned, inside IFRS, besides checking what can be improved in this process. The methodology used is exploratory and descriptive, carried by data collection, using questionnaires applied to the employees directly involved in the bidding, allowing the verification of the application of Normative Instruction, and a comparison between the campuses of IFRS, this survey has shown the difficulties in this process and the aspects that can be improved. This research concluded that the IFRS applies the Normative Instruction in their bids, partially. |
