Abstract	A century after the promulgation of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, a synthesis is presented on the transformation of the Constitution over a century, which is addressed from the following structural axes, which in turn, represent a vision on the evolution of the Mexican State: reforms that affect the revolutionary foundations, reforms to the structure of public power and its institutions, stewardship of the State in the economy and national development, in the area of human rights, anti-corruption and transparency and, finally, that which corresponds to the criminal justice system.
