Prefabrication is considered as a technological innovation in the Civil Construction sector and has been gaining prominence in the current market model, demanding with quality and with limited deadlines. Knowing this scenario, the improvement of constructive techniques and the insertion of new technologies becomes essential. The present work analyzed the concrete tube production process and developed a current Value Stream Map in order to discretize the production and give us better visualization of the overall process. Next, an analysis of the steps that generate any types of wastes was performed so that it could then suggest improvements based on Lean ideas. These suggestions were applied in a new Value Stream Map, called the future, in order to highlight possible improvements in production and products. |
