| Abstract | Abstract: Concern about the plurality concentrated intellectual activity of the late work of Luis Villoro. The theory of justice, minority rights, community and tolerance, are symbolic reflections of this work, but it is the justice the one that supports the others thematic axes. She will coin two routes: first, a historical royal situation, a particular own context and a placed subject, as his basic elements; second, the universality, as required promise of fulfillment for all. Thus, this paper will examine the universality offered by the “model of ethics” and / or theses of Rawls. In other words, I will expose rawlsian reading by Luis Villoro to support a theory of justice in Latin America, namely, the justice as not exclusion. Keys words: Justice, plurality, original position, principles of justice and contractualism. |
