Abstract	Heart failure and telemedicine, a new model? Chronic heart failure is a frequent and severe disease. Despite last decade scientific progress including new therapies, biomarqueurs, echocardiography improvement, rehospitalization rate and death rate remain very high and HF is one of the leading causes for disabling in develloped countries.
