| Abstract | The following research describes the creation of a project of Communication for the Development in the local scenario of Cumanayagua. The same one has as a purpose to increase the knowledge about Social Communication in the territory and to contribute to the improvement of the communicative practices and other socialization processes in the community environment. The proposal is applied starting from a system of actions, taking into account the needs and citizens interests, all this with the methodology and practical elements relevant to the management of community projects. The activities are planned by a multidisciplinary team, integrated by communication specialist, media professionals, university professors and investigating students. |
