| Abstract | Environmental issues are never separated from waste processing. Various ways such as Bank Trash become one way in tackling the problem. Through the Waste Bank program, women's empowerment is created. This is happening in the Village Trawas Mojokerto regency, where through the Waste Bank Program, women become aware of the environment and have space to work in sekutok public. The purpose of this research is to understand and identify the model of women empowerment through Waste Bank program in Trawas Village, Mojokerto regency. This research uses a qualitative research model with a PRA approach emphasizing that target communities have the ability to control and even change the programs that have been issued by the development planners. The result of this research is female empowerment model with product development from Bank Junk result. Models of empowerment is by increasing the value of selling waste by producing products such as trashion. |
