Abstract	This research aims to analyze the financial and non financial health that exist in the cooperative Gresik Mawaddah woman for two years, 2010-2011. The data used are annual reports, particularly the balance sheet and operating results are obtained directly memalui interview with the cooperative. This study analyzed the explorative Descriptive techniques (qualitative and quantitative). The results showed that the predicate mawaddah kopwan healthy from 2010 to 2011, in accordance with ministerial regulations Number: 14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009 has been determined.
