| Abstract | The distribution of 2-methoxyethanol and ethylene glycol can be controlled by regulating the surface acidity of copper based zirconia catalysts for hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate. The yield of 2-methoxyethanol can reach 68% due to the synergistic effect of the surface acid site and active copper site. |
