| Abstract | The present investigation exposes the importance of the implementation of an operational audit at a ranch and banana production as this review makes it possible to detect the flaws or control weaknesses that hinder the efficiency and effectiveness of the resources used in the production process. The guidance that was given to this audit in the first instance was to obtain a better understanding of the business of banana production, identifying that the main components of their costs of production are the materials and supplies used in work of attention to planting, as well as the component of direct labor, as executor of the agricultural work. The agricultural work in the process of banana are of such high sensitivity, which in case of delays or of poor quality work carried out by the agricultural workers, these deviations directly affect the quality of the fruit and considerably reduce the use of the same for your marketing. Therefore the above-mentioned review focuses on the procedures used to control the appropriate use of the materials and inputs the implementation of the agricultural work, their report and liquidation of the payroll significant components that make up the cost of production. The outcome of the review are the findings and recommendations that are exposed in the final report. |
